When the writing "space" is easy... #IndieBooksBeSeen #Readers

Continuing with a post from my writing course that I am in. We are discussing the "space" that authors write in. Sometimes the "space" is easy and sometimes the "space" is difficult.

The goal is to try to picture the worst place for you to try to write. Here is my “easy space”. My previous post has my "difficult space".

Lazily she woke and stretched. The birds called to each other and the three-bedroom log cabin, her dream home, was at peace. She rose with happiness related to contentedness filling her heart.

In the kitchen, she started a pot of coffee and stared out the window waiting for the brew to finish. Trees surrounded the edge of the property and the morning sunrays streamed through. Squinting, she could see in the far corner two fawns playing while supervised by their mom.

The aroma filled the room and she heard the final hiss of the pot. She poured herself a cup of brew and added some creamer. Padding into the sunroom that had an exterior wall made of glass, she sat at her desk and felt the tranquility from the outside move inward. Smiling, she stared at a copy of the six figured check framed; a testament to her creativity and hard work.

She sat, turned on her computer and brought to life characters that moments ago did not exist.
